More of Edinburgh

Bill took us through a ‘secret garden’ that I believe he said was fashioned after those from the 1700s.

We walked through special paths to view the ‘newer’ part of Edinburgh and the sites that could be seen from this complex on a hill and those historic buildings along the way back to our meeting point.
Sir Arthur Conan Doyle attended the Grecian designed university on the hill—now abandoned. This is where he met an incredible professor with deductive reasoning, who became the model for Sherlock Holmes.
Along Princess Street there were tons of impressive buildings, some government, but others that were galleries, etc.
